Born in 1981 in Beijing, China
Graduated in 2007 from the department of sculpture of the Central Academy of Fine Arts of Beijing (CAFA).
His work was recently exhibited in the Today Art Museum but also in many essential places of contemporary art in China.
Li Wei also participated in HUGO BOSS ART ASIA Price, or to several international events such as China 8 in Germany. Li Wei's work takes various forms. Through sculptures with strong and direct visual impact, Li Wei communicates his vision of the relation between individual and society.
Li Wei currently lives and works in Beijing.
